1. After the deposit is paid, our designers start drawing sketches. We support customers to modify the sketches with their ideas until our sketches are satisfactory to you. (There are NO Refund on deposit ). After confirming the sketch, we will also provide a 3D design drawing.
2.After confirming the 3D design drawing, Customers need to pay the remaining balance of the custom order. After paying the balance, we will arrange production.
3.There are NO returns/cancellations on custom customized products once production.
4.Please allow up to 5-6 weeks for production time on customized products.Your customized products take time to craft and test, but when you're wearing it you'll know it was worth the wait.
5.For customized models, you can contact our Email and send the patterns that need to be customized. We will set the price according to the process.
